Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work well)
2 cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed or blanched)
2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, pasta, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Bake:
Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish. Top evenly with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
Serve:
Let it cool slightly and serve warm. Garnish with parsley if desired.
