1 tbsp chipotle seasoning or 1–2 chopped chipotle peppers in adobo
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup cooked rice (optional)
½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 tomato, diced
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: avocado slices, jalapeños, sour cream
Instructions
Season Chicken:Coat chicken with olive oil, chipotle seasoning (or chopped chipotle peppers), salt, and pepper.
Grill Chicken:Grill on a hot skillet or grill pan for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice thinly.
Assemble Burritos:Warm tortillas slightly. Spread a spoonful of ranch in the center, then layer with lettuce, rice, grilled chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and any extras.
Roll & Grill:Fold burrito-style. Grill seam-side down in a pan for 1–2 minutes to seal and crisp. Flip and toast the other side.
Serve:Cut in half, serve warm, and enjoy with extra ranch or salsa!
