Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
2 cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
12 oz pasta (penne or rotini works best)
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook Pasta:
Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Assemble Bake:
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13" baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake:
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
