Instructions
Cook Chicken: Season and pan-fry or bake the chicken until fully cooked.
Make Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Prepare Rice/Noodles: Cook rice or noodles as the base.
Prep Veggies: Slice cucumber, shred carrots and cabbage, and slice avocado.
Assemble: Place rice/noodles in a bowl, top with veggies, sliced chicken, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce. Garnish with cilantro, scallions, sesame seeds, and lime.
