Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • ¾ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • Burger buns (to serve)
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce of choice

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Patties:In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded cheddar, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Form Burgers:Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each into a burger patty about ¾ inch thick.
  • Cook:Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
  • Assemble:Toast buns if desired. Layer each with lettuce, chicken patty, tomato slices, onion, and your favorite sauce.
  • Serve:Enjoy hot with sweet potato fries, salad, or coleslaw!
