Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan or shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (without seasoning packets)
  • Green onions, sesame seeds, or sriracha (optional toppings)

Instructions
 

  • Cook Chicken: Season chicken with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil over medium heat until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
  • Make Garlic Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, cheese, chili flakes, and salt. Simmer until thick and creamy.
  • Cook Ramen: Boil ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  • Combine: Toss cooked noodles into the garlic sauce. Add spicy chicken on top.
  • Serve: Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or extra chili flakes if desired.
